1. Ecomzy PRO Subscription
1.1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User Account:
Go to “My Account” → “Plans” → Click the options menu (⋮) → “Unsubscribe and Delete Store.”
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact support@ecomzy.com to verify cancellation.
1.2. Impact of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- Access to Ecomzy features, including commission functionality, will be suspended at the end of the current paid period.
- Commissions earned before cancellation remain redeemable only until the end of the paid period. To request redemption, contact support@ecomzy.com before your access expires.
- Commissions do not expire automatically after cancellation, but Ecomzy is not obligated to honor redemption requests received after the paid period has ended.
1.3. Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund for your latest subscription payment within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests made after 14 days will not be processed.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. After 14 days, no refund will be issued, and the fee for the used portion of the subscription period is non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ecomzy.com with your order number, transaction ID, and reason for request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
2. Services
2.1. Services Requiring Work Commencement
Applies to: SEO Packages, Product Catalog Upgrade, Promo Tools Bundle, Ecommerce SEO Articles, Promotional Services, Brand Awareness, Ecomzy Promotion Service (Ads Credits)
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time before work has begun. Cancellation is effective only upon written confirmation from Ecomzy support.
- Refunds: A full refund will be issued only if cancellation is confirmed before the team has started work. Once fulfillment has commenced or the service has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Ads Credits & Promotion Service: All purchases of Ads Credits and any related expenditures are final and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for past payments or unused Credits.
2.2. Social Media Packages
- Cancellation & Refunds: Available only until access to Dashboard tools or Materials is provisioned. Once access is granted or any portion of Materials is downloaded, opened, or viewed, the purchase is non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund.
2.3. Order Processing Service
- Order Processing Credits are prepaid, non-cash service units. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits do not constitute funds, stored value, or a refundable balance.
2.4. Dashboard Services
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund issued.
- 8–14 days after purchase: 70% refund issued (30% commission retained for services rendered).
- After 14 days: No refunds.
- Processing and service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- A link to these terms is displayed on the checkout page prior to purchase.
3. Established Stores & Premium Stores
- Each store is inseparably linked to an active Ecomzy subscription.
- Once access credentials have been provided, the purchase is final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or transfers are permitted.
4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
- Subscription cancellation: Via your Dashboard (see Section 1.1).
- Service cancellation before work begins: Contact support@ecomzy.com. Cancellation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from an Ecomzy support representative.
- Refund requests: Email support@ecomzy.com with your full name, registered email address, order number, transaction ID, and reason for request.
- Processing time: Refund requests are processed within 14 business days of approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Items (Summary)
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Order Processing Credits
- Ads Credits and related expenditures
- Services where work has already commenced (as specified in Section 2)
- Processing, service, and transaction fees
- Established and Premium Stores (after credential delivery)
- Subscription payments made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
6. Exceptions
Ecomzy reserves the right to grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Any exceptions granted do not waive Ecomzy’s right to enforce this policy in the future.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card issuer (chargeback), Ecomzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services immediately. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, you may be required to pay the disputed amount plus applicable fees. We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.
8. Changes to This Policy
Ecomzy reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
