Subscription pricing
Ecomzy PRO is billed monthly at the plan rate you select: $39 per month (Basic), $99 per month (Advanced), or $299 per month (Ultimate). Billing begins after your 14-day free trial and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends.
Standard Platform Fees
Where no other fee is specified for a service, standard platform service fees apply: Processing Fee 9%, Service Fee 19%, and, for purchases originating outside the United States, an International Service Adjustment of 8%.
Product Cost Charge
For physical products, 40–60% of the Catalog Retail Price per unit, covering sourcing, delivery, and fulfillment. Does not apply to digital products.
Order Service Fee
10–18% of the Catalog Retail Price on each order approved for processing. For Promoted Orders, an equivalent CPA Service Fee applies instead.
Order Approval Fees
An additional fee based on approval method, on the Catalog Retail Price: individually 0%, automatically 15% (Automatic Approval Fee), or bulk 7% (Accelerated (Bulk) Processing Fee).
Late Approval Fee
9% of the Catalog Retail Price when Ecomzy approves an order using your Available Commission Balance because it was not approved in time.
Promotion Service (Ads) Fee
28% on each amount of Ads Credits applied to promotion, charged on top of that amount. Not charged when buying or topping up Ads Credits.
Commission Use Fee
9% on Commission used toward Ecomzy services, subscriptions, or products. Does not apply to redemptions.
Commission Redemption Fees
Ads Credits 5%; Order Processing Credits 28%; ACH 5% (min $10); international wire 7% (min $30); express ACH 14% (min $30); express international wire 14% (min $50).
Identity Verification Fee
A non-refundable $4.50 per identity verification attempt, regardless of outcome.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes, levies, and duties. You are responsible for any applicable taxes; where required, Ecomzy may add them to your invoice.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. All applicable fees are shown as separate line items before payment is submitted, and current fees always apply. Ecomzy’s platform fees are service fees charged by Ecomzy; they are not payment card surcharges, convenience fees, bank fees, or card network fees, and do not vary by payment method, card type, brand, issuer, or network. Commission redemption fees relate solely to Ecomzy-funded promotional incentives and do not involve customer funds or money transmission. Fees may change; the fees shown before payment are those that apply. What is Ecomzy?
Ecomzy is an ecommerce platform that gives you a ready-made online store, access to a large product catalog, and the tools to start selling online. It is built so you can launch quickly and run your business without technical setup.
How much does Ecomzy cost?
Ecomzy PRO offers three plans: Basic at $39 per month, Advanced at $99 per month, and Ultimate at $299 per month. You can try Ecomzy free for 14 days. After your trial, the plan you chose is charged automatically each month until you cancel.
What is the difference between the plans?
All three plans include the same turnkey store and platform features. They differ by catalog size and storage: Basic allows up to 5,000 products with 4 GB of space, Advanced up to 10,000 products with 10 GB, and Ultimate up to 20,000 products with 50 GB. The Advanced and Ultimate plans become available after three consecutive months of payment.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade in your Ecomzy account under the Plans tab, or by contacting Ecomzy Support. The Advanced and Ultimate plans become available after completing payment for at least three consecutive months.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Ecomzy account under My Account then Plans. After you cancel, you receive a confirmation email. Note that your free turnkey store is canceled together with your subscription.
Why do you need my credit card details?
When your free trial ends, your subscription is charged to your card automatically. Even though you pay nothing when your store is created, we need a valid card on file for the future subscription fee. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
Do I need technical experience or equipment?
No. The store and dashboard are built for beginners, and you can run everything from any device: a PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Do I get free web hosting?
Yes. Hosting is included on every plan and stays active as long as your Ecomzy subscription is active.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can select a free domain in the survey, or request to use a domain you already own by contacting support after your order.
Are there any additional fees?
Your subscription covers the plan itself. Certain transactions and optional paid services carry separate fees, such as platform processing and service fees. These are always shown as separate line items before you pay. See the fees and charges section above, and the full Terms of Service, for details.
