Ecomzy provides a platform for solopreneurs to build online businesses with digital products. This policy explains how we deliver our services and process payments.
1. Payment Processing & Security
All payments made through Ecomzy are securely processed by Stripe®, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details on our servers. Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Stripe’s security standards. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
2. Service Delivery (Digital Fulfillment)
As Ecomzy offers only digital products and services, there is no physical shipping involved.
- Ecomzy PRO Subscription & Turnkey Store: Upon successful payment and completion of your store setup survey, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your order details.
- Access credentials to your new turnkey store within 1–2 business days.
- A link to schedule your free onboarding session with a Business Adviser.
- Digital Products (Guides, Ebooks, Checklists): All digital purchases are delivered immediately upon successful payment. You can access and download your products directly from your Ecomzy dashboard. If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam folder or contact support@ecomzy.com.
- Dashboard Services & Marketing Tools: Access to purchased services (SEO packages, social media tools, etc.) is provisioned within your Ecomzy dashboard according to the service description at the time of purchase. Delivery is considered complete once access is granted.
3. Transaction Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Fees charged by Ecomzy are platform service fees, as detailed in our Terms of Service (Section 3: Fees and Charges). We do not impose payment card surcharges.
4. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or expired card), you will receive a notification via email. Your subscription or service order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. Ecomzy reserves the right to suspend access to services if payment issues are not resolved.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation terms are detailed in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. In summary:
- Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of the payment date (subject to EU consumer law).
- Services: Refunds for services (SEO, social media packages, etc.) are only available before work has commenced. Once fulfillment has begun or the service is delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Order Processing Credits: All purchases of Order Processing Credits are final and non-refundable.
